Those interested in strengthening their leadership skills and pursuing greater leadership challenges at their local or state association should register to attend the two REALTOR® Leadership Program courses that are being offered just prior to the Summit. Each course is led by a trained facilitator. Read on for details about each course.
Leadership 200: Becoming a Leader
This interactive course prepares you as you assume greater leadership responsibilities within your association. The intermediate level course is designed to help you develop strategic planning skills, manage risk, participate effectively in meetings, understand staff and volunteer roles, and learn conflict resolution tools. You’ll gain confidence in your role as a leader as you get more involved in association leadership.
Leadership 300: Enhancing Leadership Skills
This accelerated course is recommended for leaders who have completed the Leadership 200 course and are interested in advancing their skills to an executive level. This course builds on the topics covered in the Leadership 200 course and also addresses association governance, identifying and developing leaders, communications strategies, and leadership challenges.
